Wuhan Novel Coronavirus WN-CoV
As you will be aware a national health warning has been issued by Public Health England regarding the spread of the coronavirus.
It seems to be very contagious and we are requesting patients do not come to the surgery if they are suffering from any flu like symptoms. The advice is to stay at home and isolate yourself, and seek advice from NHS 111.
There are no medications that can be prescribed unless a secondary infection develops.
Receptionists will be asking patients about their symptoms before giving you an appointment and we will temporarily be removing access to on-line appointments until the situation becomes clearer.
Our PPG have uploaded their winter newsletter, please take a look under the Patient Group tab.
