Capping Patient List at Holbrook Surgery
Holbrook Surgery regrets that it is not at present able to register NHS patients. This decision has been taken in order to ensure the practice can continue to safely provide NHS services to its currently registered patients. The practice is not able to maintain a waiting list of patients who would like to register in the future. Once Holbrook is able to commence accepting NHS registrations, this infiormation will be available at reception & on this website.
If you are not currently registered with a NHS GP locally & need to see a doctor or nurse you can attend the walk-in centre at Crawley Hospital- West Green Drive, Crawley, RH11 7DH or contact NHS England local area team on 01293 729298 for further advice.
Dr Ann Williams is retiring
We are finally saying goodbye to Dr Ann Williams as she looks forward to her retirement on the 31st March 2018. Dr Williams has been with the surgery since 1997 during the initial founding years of the surgery.
We welcome Dr Laurence Woolley who will become a full time partner in April 2018 and take over her patient list. He is currently a part-time doctor having joined us in August 2017.
We will be organising a collection for Dr Williams, if you would like to contribute there will be a collection box at reception.
Measles: Are you protected?
In view of the national outbreak of measles in the UK, we are in the process of making sure all our patients are fully protected.
All patients above age 10 are recommended to have had 2 doses of MMR (measles, mumps & rubella) to be fully covered. Please check your records and book an appointment with a nurse at Holbrook Surgery (01403 339818) for the MMR jab if you have not had 2 doses.
